You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.e can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your yoga wear must meet these requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use (including no perfume/cologne residue, makeup stains, or deodorant marks).
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you (fit for resale).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the designated shipping address.
  3. Package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization (if provided) inside the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged during transit), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please provide photos of the issue for verification.
  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size selected), you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 2–3 business days of delivery):

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your return.
  • We’ll notify you if your return is approved or rejected (and the reason for rejection).

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
